Description

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until garlic is golden brown.
  5. Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
  6. Combine spaghetti with the garlic oil, adding reserved pasta water if necessary.
  7. Season with salt and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, consider topping with grated Parmesan cheese.
