- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream / dairy-free ice cream
- ⅓ cup white chocolate / vegan chocolate
- ⅓ cup roasted pistachios
- ½ cup milk / plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons pistachio butter (optional)
- ½ cup roasted pistachios (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup / 240 milliliters whipping cream / dairy-free whipping cream
- ⅓ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Start by placing the pistachio butter and the chopped pistachios on two separate small plates.
- Grab your glass and dip the outer top side into the pistachio butter.
- Next, roll the top of the glass in the chopped pistachios to create an even coating.
- In a separate bowl, use a mixer to whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until peaks form.
- Now, combine all the shake ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared glass.
- Fill a piping bag with the whipped cream and pipe it onto the top of the shake.
- Stick a straw into your shake and serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, top with chopped pistachios and white chocolate shavings. Perfect for serving with cookies or cake.
