- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners, making sure they are evenly placed.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until there are no lumps.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar using a mixer or a whisk until the mixture appears light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, giving each one time to incorporate before adding the next. Then stir in the vanilla extract for that delicious flavor.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the flour mixture to ensure everything mixes well.
- Once your batter is well combined, divide it evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Once done, let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.
- For the delicious frosting, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Once the cupcakes have cooled, you can pipe the whipped cream onto each cupcake using a star tip for a beautiful finish.
- Finish by topping each cupcake with a few fresh berries and a small mint or edible leaf for that perfect pop of color and freshness.
