Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water or milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen mango, pineapple, banana, coconut water or milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
