- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack on top and spray it with cooking spray.
- Mix together the honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the sauce.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the cooling rack for even cooking.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss with extra sauce if desired before serving.
Notes
Pat dry the wings before mixing them with the sauce for extra crispiness. Don’t overcrowd the rack to avoid soggy wings.
