- 1 cup fresh mango, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, yogurt or milk, and honey or maple syrup. If you are a fan of extra sweetness, feel free to add more honey!
- Blend until smooth. You’ll want to ensure there are no chunks, and the mixture has a creamy consistency.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with toppings like granola or fresh mint for added flavor. Smoothie can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 day or frozen for up to 3 months.
