Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until combined, then press into dessert cups for the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Next, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Now, layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in dessert cups.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled to the brim.
- Garnish with additional strawberries for presentation.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
