- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Graham cracker crumbs for layering
Instructions
- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Layer some graham cracker crumbs to form the base in a serving dish.
- Layer the sliced bananas and strawberries on top of the crumbs.
- Pour a layer of the vanilla pudding over the fruits.
- Add a scoop of the cream cheese mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
Add extra graham cracker crumbs on top for a bit of crunch and garnish with fresh fruit. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
