  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Graham cracker crumbs for layering

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Layer some graham cracker crumbs to form the base in a serving dish.
  5. Layer the sliced bananas and strawberries on top of the crumbs.
  6. Pour a layer of the vanilla pudding over the fruits.
  7. Add a scoop of the cream cheese mixture, spreading it evenly.
  8. Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Add extra graham cracker crumbs on top for a bit of crunch and garnish with fresh fruit. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
