Description
A hearty meal of tender steak bites and shell pasta enveloped in a creamy garlic butter Alfredo sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak bites
- 8 ounces shell pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta: Start by cooking the shell pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches an al dente texture. Afterward, drain it, and set it aside.
- Sauté garlic: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant.
- Brown the steak bites: Toss in the steak bites and season them generously with salt and pepper. Cook until they’re beautifully browned.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, adding parmesan cheese and mixing until thickened.
- Combine pasta and sauce: Add that cooked shell pasta to the skillet and toss to coat each shell in sauce.
- Serve up the goodness: Plate the steak bites and creamy pasta, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve with a crisp green salad or crusty bread for the perfect meal. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
