- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Start by slicing the beef sirloin into thin strips.
- Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, and black pepper. Whisk it together until blended.
- Marinate the Beef: Toss the beef strips in the marinade and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the Pan: Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In another bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Serve: Plate the beef and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with the dipping sauce.
