Instructions
- Mix together the flour, milk, yeast, and sugar until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and let it rise until it doubles in size—about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out the donuts using a round cutter.
- Heat oil in a fryer or deep pan over medium heat until hot enough.
- Fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the donuts from the oil and dredge them in sugar while they’re still warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
