- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and lay them on a baking sheet.
- Place the salmon fillets in the center of each piece of foil.
- Arrange the asparagus around the salmon.
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Fold the foil into a packet, sealing it tightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open the packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, consider trying different herbs or a splash of white wine in the garlic butter sauce.
