Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes or until soft.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  4. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into the mixture.
  5. Mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with fresh veggies, warm pita chips, or crusty bread.

Notes

Don’t rush the roasting for the best flavor. Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
