Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a muffin tin to prevent the cupcakes from sticking.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks, followed by the vanilla extract, ensuring everything combines nicely.
  5. Fold in the flour until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
  6. Spoon a small amount of batter into each muffin cup, then add 2-3 fresh raspberries on top. Cover them with more batter until each cup is about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center still feels soft.
  8. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 1 minute, then invert them onto plates.
