- 1 cup cottage cheese, fresh and at room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, pepper, or dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and any optional seasonings in a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until you have a smooth, pourable batter.
- Place a nonstick skillet over low heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. Allow it to warm for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour approximately ⅓ cup of the batter into the center of the pan. Gently tilt and swirl the skillet to spread the batter into a thin circle.
- Let the wrap cook for 3-5 minutes until the surface looks dry and the edges start to lift. Carefully flip it with a spatula and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until it turns lightly golden.
- Remove the wrap from the skillet and let it cool on a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter to yield 4-5 wraps.
