Description

A refreshing and creamy Pineapple Smoothie that transports you to a sunny paradise with every sip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach or mango chunks
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Start by pouring the pineapple juice into your blender.
  2. Add the peeled orange and the small banana right on top of the juice.
  3. Throw in the frozen pineapple chunks and the frozen peach or mango chunks.
  4. Add the cup of ice.
  5. If your blender came with a tamper, close the lid and fit it in.
  6. Turn on the blender at low speed, then slowly increase to high.
  7. Blend everything together until it reaches a thick, creamy, and smooth consistency.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
