Ingredients

- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 orange, peeled
- 1 small banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen peach or mango chunks
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Start by pouring the pineapple juice into your blender.
- Add the peeled orange and the small banana right on top of the juice.
- Throw in the frozen pineapple chunks and the frozen peach or mango chunks.
- Add the cup of ice.
- If your blender came with a tamper, close the lid and fit it in.
- Turn on the blender at low speed, then slowly increase to high.
- Blend everything together until it reaches a thick, creamy, and smooth consistency.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
