Ingredients

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or another sweetener)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
- Chocolate chips (dairy-free)
- Peanuts (or other nuts)
Instructions
- Add the yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder into a medium-sized dish. Mix everything together until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Spread it out evenly.
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish and melt them, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer, creating swirls or patterns.
- Add additional peanut butter, swirling it in gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and peanuts on top.
- Freeze the tray for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
