  • Peanuts (or other nuts)

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder into a medium-sized dish. Mix everything together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the yogurt mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Spread it out evenly.
  3. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish and melt them, stirring frequently until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer, creating swirls or patterns.
  5. Add additional peanut butter, swirling it in gently with a knife.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and peanuts on top.
  7. Freeze the tray for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
  8. Break into pieces and enjoy!
