- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Instructions
- Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on one slice of bread and 2 tablespoons of jelly on the other slice.
- Place a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream right in between the two slices to create a mouthwatering sandwich.
- If you’re feeling extra special, roll the edges of the sandwich in chocolate chips or sprinkles for added texture and fun.
- Freeze the sandwich for about 30 minutes for a firmer bite before serving.
- Slice it in half, grab a napkin, and enjoy!
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Experiment with different ice cream flavors for a unique twist.
