Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jelly
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on one slice of bread and 2 tablespoons of jelly on the other slice.
  2. Place a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream right in between the two slices to create a mouthwatering sandwich.
  3. If you’re feeling extra special, roll the edges of the sandwich in chocolate chips or sprinkles for added texture and fun.
  4. Freeze the sandwich for about 30 minutes for a firmer bite before serving.
  5. Slice it in half, grab a napkin, and enjoy!

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Experiment with different ice cream flavors for a unique twist.
