- 1 lb Asparagus
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the asparagus to get rid of the tough parts, and place them neatly on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, and generous amounts of shaved Parmesan cheese on top.
- Roast everything in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus becomes tender and the cheese is golden.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
Notes
Use fresh asparagus for the best flavor and texture. Adjust seasonings to taste.
