Description

A delightful side dish featuring tender roasted asparagus topped with crispy Parmesan cheese, garlic, and balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the asparagus to get rid of the tough parts, and place them neatly on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, and generous amounts of shaved Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Roast everything in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus becomes tender and the cheese is golden.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.

Notes

Use fresh asparagus for the best flavor and texture. Adjust seasonings to taste.
