Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)
- Additional crushed Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, whisking thoroughly.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined, folding in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Spoon your batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Top each donut with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos.
Notes
These donuts can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or frozen for up to 2 months.
