Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Additional crushed Oreos (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, whisking thoroughly.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined, folding in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Spoon your batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool the donuts for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Top each donut with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos.

These donuts can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or frozen for up to 2 months.
