Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix together peanut butter, rolled oats, and honey until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined cupcake tin to form small cups.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the oat cups evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt to enhance the flavor.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  7. Remove from the tin and enjoy!
