No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12 bites 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A quick and easy snack that combines peanut butter, oats, and honey for a wholesome boost of energy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grab a medium bowl and combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips. Give them a little stir to spread the chocolate goodness throughout the oats.
  2. Add in the peanut butter and honey. Mix everything together until it comes together into a delicious, sticky mixture.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands, aiming for about 12 equal-sized bites.
  4. Store your energy bites in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of days, or in the fridge for longer freshness.

Notes

Letting the bites sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes helps them hold their shape better.
