Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup quick oats
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grab a medium bowl and combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips. Give them a little stir to spread the chocolate goodness throughout the oats.
- Add in the peanut butter and honey. Mix everything together until it comes together into a delicious, sticky mixture.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands, aiming for about 12 equal-sized bites.
- Store your energy bites in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of days, or in the fridge for longer freshness.
Notes
Letting the bites sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes helps them hold their shape better.
