Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Lime slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the sour cream, key lime juice, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Layer the jars with graham cracker mixture and cheesecake filling.
- Chill the jars for at least 120 minutes to let them set.
- Garnish with a slice of lime before serving.
Notes
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results. Allow sufficient chill time for the cheesecake to set properly.
