Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream, key lime juice, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Layer the jars with graham cracker mixture and cheesecake filling.
  6. Chill the jars for at least 120 minutes to let them set.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lime before serving.
