Description
A creamy and decadent no-bake dessert combining rich chocolate and smooth peanut butter with a crunchy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups heavy cream, divided
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to make a crust. Chill it in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
- Whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Mix together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into this peanut butter mixture to keep it fluffy.
- Pour the peanut butter mousse over the chilled crust, smoothing it out evenly.
- Heat the remaining heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts boiling. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the mousse layer and spread it gently with a spatula.
- Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for the best flavor.
- Slice and serve when ready!
Notes
Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
