Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms or similar candy-coated chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), protein powder, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until you achieve a smooth, cohesive mixture.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms into the mixture.
  4. Add more oats or protein powder if the mixture feels too wet.
  5. Use your hands to form small balls of the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Customize with different add-ins like dried fruit or seeds. For sticky hands, coat them lightly with coconut oil.
