Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup M&Ms or similar candy-coated chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), protein powder, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until you achieve a smooth, cohesive mixture.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms into the mixture.
- Add more oats or protein powder if the mixture feels too wet.
- Use your hands to form small balls of the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Customize with different add-ins like dried fruit or seeds. For sticky hands, coat them lightly with coconut oil.
