Description

Deliciously creamy cheesecakes infused with rich chocolate, all nestled in an Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until creamy and smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, toss in the vanilla extract and give it a good mix.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
  6. Divide the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crusts in the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
  8. Cool for a bit, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat until it just begins to simmer. Pour it over the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  10. Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecakes.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
