Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Fold in the sour cream until fully mixed.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each liner.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
