- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in the sour cream until fully mixed.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each liner.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
