- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to create the tzatziki sauce.
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
- Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the toppings are warm.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with grilled zucchini or bell peppers. Serve with a side salad or extra tzatziki for dipping.
