Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, spinach, almond milk, matcha powder, and honey or maple syrup if you’re using it.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until icy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use less milk. You can also add other greens like kale or Swiss chard for a variation.
