Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grab a large oven-safe skillet and heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.
- Whisk together the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, and paprika until well combined.
