  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grab a large oven-safe skillet and heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.
