A refreshing and fruity sorbet made with ripe mangoes and strawberries, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (optional, for added brightness)
Instructions
- Peel and dice your mangoes into small pieces, and hull and slice your strawberries.
- Combine the diced mangoes, sliced strawberries, sugar, water, and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or add lime if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe dish, cover tightly to avoid ice crystals, and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until solid, stirring every couple of hours.
Notes
Serve scoops in bowls and garnish with fresh mint or lime slices. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.
