A refreshing and easy-to-make mango sorbet that’s perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Grab a saucepan and combine the sugar and water over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool down completely.
- Blend the diced mangoes, the cooled sugar syrup, and the lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mango mixture into a shallow dish and pop it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Scrape the mixture after two hours with a fork to create a fluffy texture. Freeze again until firm.
- Scoop out the sorbet and serve in bowls or cones.
Notes
Garnish with fresh mint leaves or toasted coconut for extra flair. Serve with tropical fruits or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
