- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, chia seeds, almond milk, banana, and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until icy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your energizing smoothie!
