- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on your brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding the egg and oil. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin to create individual portions.
- Bake the brownies in the oven until they are set, usually about 20 minutes, depending on your oven and the mix you choose. When done, allow the brownies to cool completely in the tin.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl, adding the vanilla extract, until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, mixing until fully combined.
- Layer brownie pieces at the bottom of your cups. Then, spoon or pipe the cheesecake mousse on top.
- Drizzle generously with chocolate ganache and caramel sauce.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with fresh berries or a dusting of cocoa powder; pairs wonderfully with vanilla ice cream.
