- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly on the bottom of your baking pan.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the creamy mixture over the blueberries.
- Mix the yellow cake mix, lemon juice, and melted butter until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Toss additional blueberries on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
