Description
Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip. A perfect dish for family gatherings or game night.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl until combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Make the spicy mayo dip by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Serve the meatballs hot alongside the spicy mayo dip.
Notes
For best results, ensure not to overmix the meatball mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
