Description

Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip. A perfect dish for family gatherings or game night.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
  5. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Make the spicy mayo dip by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the meatballs hot alongside the spicy mayo dip.

Notes

For best results, ensure not to overmix the meatball mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
