  1. Start by cutting the potatoes into wedge shapes. Aim for uniform sizes to ensure even cooking.
  2. Soak the wedges in water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain the wedges and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. Mix together the flour, KFC chicken flavored seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Coat the potato wedges in the seasoned flour mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pan to 350°F (175°C).
