- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Start by cutting the potatoes into wedge shapes. Aim for uniform sizes to ensure even cooking.
- Soak the wedges in water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain the wedges and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Mix together the flour, KFC chicken flavored seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat the potato wedges in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wedges in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the wedges and drain them on paper towels before serving.
