- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buffalo sauce for dipping
- Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs, letting any excess egg drip off.
- Roll the chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crunch.
