  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buffalo sauce for dipping
  • Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs, letting any excess egg drip off.
  4. Roll the chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Place the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
