Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Slice the rested steaks against the grain and plate them.
- Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.

For the best results, let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
