Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Paprika and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grab your food processor and combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend everything together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Add water a little at a time if the mixture is too thick, blending until perfectly smooth.
  4. Transfer your hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle a bit more olive oil on top, then sprinkle with paprika and parsley before serving.
