- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Paprika and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Grab your food processor and combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend everything together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Add water a little at a time if the mixture is too thick, blending until perfectly smooth.
- Transfer your hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle a bit more olive oil on top, then sprinkle with paprika and parsley before serving.
