Instructions
- Blend the filling: Blend the cottage cheese, fat-free cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free maple syrup, and a splash of vanilla extract until silky smooth.
- Prepare the crust: Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until wet sand-like.
- Layer the jars: Press a layer of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each jar.
- Add the filling: Spoon the creamy cheesecake filling over the crust until full.
