Description

Delicious homemade peanut butter cups that are a healthier alternative to store-bought options, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth guilt-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler until fully combined.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner and let it set slightly.
  5. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  6. Top with more melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter layer.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup.
  8. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
