Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler until fully combined.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner and let it set slightly.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Top with more melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
