- 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. tub low fat cool whip
- 24 Oreo thins
Instructions
- Start by placing 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
- Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set them aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt until everything blends well.
- Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the thawed cool whip, making sure the ingredients are well combined without deflating the fluffiness.
- Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into each cupcake liner.
- Freeze the bites for at least three hours before serving.
