  • 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low fat cool whip
  • 24 Oreo thins

Instructions

  1. Start by placing 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set them aside.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until it’s smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in the salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt until everything blends well.
  5. Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos and mix until combined.
  6. Gently fold in the thawed cool whip, making sure the ingredients are well combined without deflating the fluffiness.
  7. Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into each cupcake liner.
  8. Freeze the bites for at least three hours before serving.
