Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, cut into squares
  • 1 Onion, quartered
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes to soak up all those flavors.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 15-20 minutes. Turn them occasionally until the chicken is cooked and has nice grill marks.
