  • 1 (100-g / 3.5 oz) pack frozen unsweetened acai berry pulp
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup blueberries (for toppings)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced or chopped (for toppings)
  • ½ small banana, sliced (for toppings)
  • ¼ cup peeled and chopped pineapple or mango (for toppings)
  • ¼ cup strawberries, sliced (for toppings)
  • ¼ cup granola, optional (for toppings)
  • 1 drizzle of raw honey, optional (for toppings)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Acai Puree: Start by adding the banana into your blender. Next, add the frozen acai pulp, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, and a splash of almond milk.
  2. Blend it All Up: Start blending at a low speed until the larger chunks break down. Gradually increase the speed, adding more almond milk a little splash at a time as needed.
  3. Finish Blending: Blend on high for an additional 15 to 20 seconds until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
  4. Assemble Your Bowl: Pour the acai mixture into a bowl and decorate it with your choice of toppings.
  5. Enjoy: Grab a spoon and dig in! Optionally drizzle some raw honey on top for sweetness.

Feel free to get creative with toppings and enjoy fresh! Store leftover acai mixture in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but add toppings fresh before serving.
