Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 4–6 dates
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the cashews under cold water.
- Blend the soaked cashews, fresh water, pitted dates, banana, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the shake and adjust sweetness with more dates if needed.
- Serve the shake in glasses and enjoy immediately!
