  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for drizzling before serving)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or light ranch (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thin.
  3. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the avocado, halve the tomatoes, and chop the onion and cilantro if using.
  4. Lay out the lettuce leaves and layer chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and any optional toppings. Drizzle with lime juice and add yogurt or ranch if desired.
  5. Fold into wraps, garnish with cilantro if using, and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
