- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.25 lbs)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (for drizzling before serving)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or light ranch (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill on medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thin.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the avocado, halve the tomatoes, and chop the onion and cilantro if using.
- Lay out the lettuce leaves and layer chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and any optional toppings. Drizzle with lime juice and add yogurt or ranch if desired.
- Fold into wraps, garnish with cilantro if using, and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
