Instructions
- Start by placing the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg into a large bowl. Mix everything together using your hands until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in size.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs over a bed of cooked rice or quinoa. Top generously with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce.
