Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
- Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop scoops of cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
