- 1 package kunafa dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the kunafa dough with the melted butter until every strand glistens.
- Layer half of the dough into a baking dish evenly, pressing down gently.
- Spread the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses over this layer.
- Top with the remaining kunafa dough, covering the cheeses well.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle the sweet sugar syrup all over the top before serving.
