Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package kunafa dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the kunafa dough with the melted butter until every strand glistens.
  3. Layer half of the dough into a baking dish evenly, pressing down gently.
  4. Spread the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses over this layer.
  5. Top with the remaining kunafa dough, covering the cheeses well.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle the sweet sugar syrup all over the top before serving.
